This coarsely filtered sake, known as "nigiri," offers a velvety texture and a subtly sweet flavour. Its creamy and unfiltered nature gives it a cloudy appearance, with a rich, smooth mouthfeel that makes it an ideal dessert for sake or pairing with spicy dishes.
