π Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
π¦πΊ Shipping Destinations
- We ship within Australia only.
- International shipping is not available.
- All orders are dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales.
- We do not ship to the Northern Territory (NT).
- Some regions may have alcohol delivery restrictions. If your area is affected, we will contact you before dispatch.
β± Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3β7 business days, depending on location.
- Express Shipping (Australia Post only): Estimated 1β3 business days in metro areas.
- Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
π Shipping Methods
We use the following trusted courier services for deliveries:
- Australia Post
- Sendle
- Aramex
- CouriersPlease
Couriers are selected based on your location, delivery speed, and service availability. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
π· Sendle Liquor Delivery Policy
- Sendle uses Authority to Leave (ATL) by default, meaning your parcel may be left in a safe location without a signature.
- If the area is deemed unsafe by the driver, delivery may be held or redirected.
- If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange shipping via Australia Post, Aramex, or CouriersPlease instead.
- Important:If Authority to Leave (ATL) is used and the parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility for loss or theft may be subject to the courierβs terms and conditions.
- Sendle Express is not available for alcohol deliveries due to air transport restrictions.
- All alcohol shipments are packaged according to Sendleβs protective packaging guidelines.
π° Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery address.
- Free shipping is only available during special promotional periods.
π Age Verification & Delivery
- Alcohol deliveries require the recipient to be 18 years or older.
- Valid photo ID may be requested upon delivery to verify age.
- If no one is available, your order may be redirected to a local post office or pickup point, depending on the courier.
π Western Australia & Restricted Areas
- Orders to Western Australia are shipped in compliance with local liquor laws.
- We do not ship to the Northern Territory (NT).
- We will notify you before dispatch if your area has alcohol restrictions.
π¦ Damages & Issues
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
π Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns on alcoholic products due to change of mind.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases, with deductions applied:
- Processing Fee: 1.75% + AUD $0.30
- Return shipping cost
Refundable Scenarios:
- The order was placed by an underage person (under 18).
- The order was refused or returned due to failure to provide valid ID upon delivery.
