Jinmaek Soju 53% is a premium distilled spirit produced by Milgea Noryeonda, a distillery located in Andong, South Korea. The term "Jinmaek" refers to an ancient name for wheat, highlighting the use of domestically cultivated wheat in its production.

Production Process:

4. Aging: The soju is aged in natural mud caves for over a year, allowing it to mature and develop its unique flavour profile.
