Kirin Ichiban Shibori is a flagship Japanese beer crafted by Kirin Brewery Company. Introduced in 1990, it employs the unique "Ichiban Shibori" or "first press" brewing method, which uses only the initial wort extracted from the mash. This technique yields a purer, more refined flavour profile. Made exclusively from 100% malted barley, hops, and water, the beer offers a smooth, crisp taste with a subtle malt sweetness and a gentle hop bitterness.
