Brewed using Kirin’s signature Ichiban Shibori method—where only the first wort is extracted—this white beer is designed to be smooth, light, and easy to drink. It combines malted barley with wheat malt for a gentle, rounded flavour that’s softer than traditional lagers. This beer is unfiltered, giving it a faint haze and a mellow mouthfeel.
