[Beer] YEBISU Creative Brew - Mariage Blanc 350ml

Yebisu Creative Brew Mariage Blanc is the eighth release in Sapporo Breweries' "CREATIVE BREW" series, launched on April 22, 2025. This limited-edition beer is a collaborative creation between Yebisu's brewers and top chefs from renowned Tokyo hotels, aiming to craft a beer that pairs harmoniously with seasonal cuisine.

The beer features a distinctive aroma reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc white grapes, achieved through the use of Nelson Sauvin hops. These hops impart a vibrant bouquet, combining fresh grassy notes with rich citrus undertones, resulting in a refined and aromatic profile.

Mariage Blanc's brewing process incorporates environmentally friendly French barley malt known as "Clim Trace," produced by Soufflet Malt. This malt is cultivated with minimal environmental impact, utilising precise soil analysis and optimised fertilisation techniques.

The beer is crafted using the "All-Infusion" method, which gradually raises the temperature during mashing to extract the malt's richness. This results in a smooth mouthfeel that complements the hop's aromatic qualities.
