Made from 100% Yamadanishiki rice polished to 39%, this unfiltered and unpasteurised (muroka nama genshu) expression captures the sake's freshest and most vibrant state. It boasts an intense aroma of melon, green apple, and freshly cut grass, with a hint of creaminess.
