Juyondai Ginjo Ginsen is a refined sake crafted by the legendary Takagi Shuzo in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. Made from 50% polished Yamadanishiki rice, this sake embodies a balance of complexity and approachability. Although polished to Daiginjo standards, it is labelled Ginjo to highlight its well-rounded, accessible character.
