Crafted from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 65%, it offers a light, refreshing taste with fine bubbles and a muscat-like aroma. With an alcohol content of 12%, it balances sweet and sour flavours with a sharp acidity, delivering a crisp, clear sensation on the palate.
