[Sake] ARAMASA No.6 R-Type 720ml

Aramasa No.6 R-Type is a junmai sake from Aramasa Shuzo in Akita Prefecture. It is crafted as the standard-bearer of their No.6 series and is known for its elegant balance and refreshing character. Made with Akita Sake Komachi and Gin no Sei rice (koji polished to 50%, kakemai to 60%), it uses Kyokai No.6 yeast—isolated initially by the brewery—and follows the traditional kimoto method, with no pasteurisation and no added water (genshu). A light 13% ABV offering clean acidity and delicate fruit notes, including white peach, muscat, citrus, and red apple. It is best served chilled and pairs well with sushi, sashimi, and other light dishes. Limited in production.
