CHIEBIJIN PREMIUM JUNMAISHU is a distinguished sake produced by Nakano Shuzo, a brewery established in 1874 in Kitsuki City, Oita Prefecture, Japan. This Junmai sake is crafted using a blend of Yamada Nishiki and Hinohikari rice, polished to 70%, and fermented with Association Yeast #901 and #1801. The result is a well-balanced sake with a soft, gentle sweetness and clean acidity, offering a mild fruity aroma that envelops the palate.
