The Denshu New Year Bottle 2025 is a limited-edition sake crafted by Nishida Sake Brewery in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. This special release is a Junmai Ginjo Nama (unpasteurised) sake, designed to celebrate the New Year with freshness and vitality.
Brewed using Hanaomoi rice, a premium sake rice developed in Aomori, the Denshu New Year Bottle 2025 offers a flavour profile that balances cleanliness and juiciness, providing a crisp and invigorating sensation. The rice is polished to 50%, and the sake has an alcohol content of 16%
