Juyondai Kakushin Honmaru is a limited-edition winter sake that blends tradition with seasonal freshness. It benefits from the brewery's secret "Jade Sake Reentry" technique, which uses distilled jade wine. While the standard Honmaru, known for its sweet, smooth, and balanced flavour, is available year-round, the Kakushin version is unique as a freshly pressed, unpasteurised seasonal sake available only from December to February. Being freshly brewed, it offers a more vibrant taste with a strong foaming aroma, increased fruitiness, and a balanced yet slightly pungent finish.
