Kankiku Aiyama 50 “Red Diamond” Junmai Daiginjo 2025 (720ml) is a limited-edition, unpasteurised and undiluted sake (nama genshu) made from rare Aiyama rice polished to 50%, brewed under ultra-low temperatures to achieve a refined, competition-level quality. It delivers bright, tropical aromas of melon, pineapple, and passionfruit, with a fizzy, silky mouthfeel and an elegant balance of sweetness and crisp acidity, finishing with a clean, slightly bitter edge. The “Red Diamond” name reflects both the rice origin and its gem-like sweetness, likened to wasanbon sugar.
