Kankiku (寒菊) “Jugenmu 50 – Hazy Moon” is a one‑time annual release Junmai Daiginjo (精米歩合50%) brewed with rare Fukuoka‑grown “Jugemu” rice, presented as an origarami (lightly cloudy from lees), muroka (unfiltered), nama genshu (unpasteurized and undiluted) sake. Bottled at full strength (~15–16 % ABV), it delivers delicate yet richly layered fruit aromas—honeydew melon, white peach, green grape—with a creamy mouthfeel, gentle micro‑fizz, balanced sweetness, crisp acidity and a clean finish, evoking the serene glow of a hazy moonlit night
