DHC Lager Beer is a Japanese craft lager brewed by DHC Beer Co., a subsidiary of the well-known health and cosmetics company DHC. Brewed at the foot of Mount Fuji in Gotemba, Shizuoka Prefecture, this beer utilises 100% pure spring water from the region, contributing to its clean and refreshing taste. With an alcohol content of 5.0%, it is crafted in the Munich Helles style, offering a balance of malt sweetness and subtle hop bitterness. The beer is noted for its smooth mouthfeel and a hint of citrus aroma, making it both flavourful and easy to drink. DHC Lager Beer has been recognised for its quality, winning the gold medal in the Light Lager category at the 2016 Asia Beer Cup.
