Yebisu Creative Brew 薫満つ（Kaorimitsu） is a limited-edition amber lager released by Sapporo Breweries on March 11, 2025, as the seventh instalment in their "CREATIVE BREW" series. This beer showcases a harmonious blend of traditional brewing techniques and modern innovation, resulting in a rich, multi-layered aroma and flavour profile.

Crafted using 100% German Hallertau Tradition leaf hops, the brewing process involves minimal heat application to preserve the delicate hop aromas. Additionally, a slightly elevated fermentation temperature enhances the fruity notes derived from Yebisu’s proprietary yeast, culminating in a complex and profound bouquet. The beer offers a balanced interplay of fresh hop character and fruity yeast-derived notes, delivering a refined and aromatic experience.
