KYOYA Premium Hinata is a small-batch gin with 47% ABV, produced by Kyoya Shuzo in Miyazaki. It offers a juniper-rich warmth enhanced by Miyazaki-grown kumquat, hebesu, and hyuganatsu citrus. Its botanicals include chamomile, cardamom, and rosemary, giving it a bright, sunny flavour profile—fittingly called “Hinata”—created by bartender Mina Ebihara. The gin has received Gold medals at the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition.
