Setouchi Craft Gin – Lemon is a 47% ABV dry gin made by Hiroshima’s SETOUCHI DISTILLERY, part of Miyake Honten Co. Founded in 1856, the distillery crafted this gin to highlight Setouchi lemons with a supporting blend of Japanese green tea and juniper berries. Bottled with soft mineral spring water from 60 m below Mt. Haigamine, it delivers refreshing lemon peel aromas, subtle sweetness, and a pleasant bitterness. It’s meant to be served neat, on the rocks, or with soda or tonic, and its rich citrus oils sometimes cause a natural cloudy appearance when diluted
