[Sake] HAKKAISAN Junmai Daiginjo Yukimuro Snow Aged "8" years 720ml

The number eight in kanji (八) has many positive meanings and is the first character for Hakkaisan (八海山). It also resembles the katakana "ha," so when repeated eight times on the label, it symbolizes laughter for happiness. This 8-year-old sake has a rich mellowness and a subtle hint of cantaloupe on the nose. Its stored in a snow room for eight years, resulting in a clean, round, light, crisp, smooth, and buoyant sake with rich rice flavours and hints of white chocolate, cocoa, mochi, vanilla, sugar cookie, a touch of mint, and almonds.
