[Sake] JUYONDAI Asahidaka Tokubetsu Honjozo 1.8L

Juyondai Asahitaka Tokubetsu Honjozo is a premium sake from Takagi Shuzo, the brewery behind the famous Juyondai brand. Made using the Tokubetsu Honjozo method, it incorporates a small amount of distilled alcohol to enhance aroma and flavour, with a 55% rice polishing ratio. 

Asahitaka is known for its clean, fruity, and fragrant notes, making it more approachable than Juyondais higher-end offerings. Designed as a secondary label, it maintains the brands quality while appealing to a broader audience. This versatile sake pairs well with various dishes, serving as an excellent introduction to Juyondais elegance.
