Kizakura S Junmai Daiginjo is a particular sake to savour slowly on weekends. It is made with Kyoto's famous "Fushimizu" water and "Yamada Nishiki" rice and boasts a fruity aroma and original rice flavour. With a 50% rice-polishing ratio and slow fermentation at 10°C, it pairs well with dishes that highlight natural flavours and simple seasoning.
