It is made with Kyotos famous "Fushimizu" water and "Yamada Nishiki" rice and boasts a fruity aroma and original rice flavour. With a 50% rice-polishing ratio and slow fermentation at 10°C, it pairs well with dishes that highlight natural flavours and simple seasoning.
