Kokuryu Fuku Daiginjo is a premium Daiginjo sake produced by Kokuryu Sake Brewery in Fukui Prefecture, Japan. The name "Fuku" (福) translates to "fortune" or "happiness", symbolising prosperity and good luck. This sake is made using Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 50%, and brewed with pristine water from the Hakusan Mountain range.

Kokuryu Fuku Daiginjo offers a refined and structured profile, balancing delicate floral aromas, hints of ripe fruits, and a smooth, slightly dry finish. It is elegant yet complex, with a velvety texture that lingers on the palate.
