The name "Kansha" means "Thank You", symbolising gratitude, making it an ideal gift sake. Brewed using Fukui-grown Sakahomare rice, polished to 40%, this Junmai Daiginjo delivers an elegant, refined taste with a clean and smooth finish.

This sake features a delicate aroma of fresh melon and floral notes, followed by a layered sweetness that is well-balanced with umami. The bottles design includes traditional seal carvings by artist Ryutani Inamura, further enhancing its significance as a sake meant for special occasions.
