Kangjang Baekseju is a premium herbal rice wine from Kooksoondang, crafted with glutinous rice and traditional nuruk (fermentation starter). This refined version of the original Baekseju is infused with a richer concentration of medicinal herbs, including ginseng, omija (schisandra berries), goji berries, licorice, cinnamon, astragalus, ginger, and more. Compared to regular Baekseju, Kangjang Baekseju contains 1.5 to 2 times more herbs and undergoes a 2–3 times longer aging process, resulting in deeper, more nuanced flavors.
