Kooksoondang (KSD) Rice Makgeolli is a traditional Korean rice wine produced by Kooksoondang Brewery Co., Ltd., one of Koreas leading makgeolli producers. Made from 100% domestically sourced rice, this unfiltered makgeolli has a milky appearance, creamy texture, and a smooth, slightly sweet, and tangy flavour. The natural fermentation gives it a mild effervescence, enhancing its refreshing and easy-to-drink profile.

To ensure consistency and longer shelf life, KSD Rice Makgeolli undergoes sterilisation, stopping fermentation after bottling to maintain its intended taste while preventing excess carbonation. This makes it more stable and convenient for storage compared to raw makgeolli.
