CHOYA Koitorori Umeshu 1.8L is a rich, syrupy plum liqueur made from 100% domestically grown Japanese ume, crafted without any artificial additives. Aged for over a year in carefully controlled storage tanks to preserve the fruit’s natural acids and aromas, it delivers a luscious, thick mouthfeel that lives up to its name “torori” (meaning velvety or syrupy). At 8.5% ABV, it balances ripe plum fragrance with mellow sweetness and gentle acidity, creating a smooth and indulgent flavour. Each 1.8L bottle contains the extract of roughly 460 grams of ume, resulting in a concentrated profile best enjoyed neat, over ice, or with soda for a refreshing twist. It can also be diluted with water or served warm, depending on preference.
