It combines freshly brewed sake with additive-free Uji matcha from Kyoto and hand-pressed Beni-hoppe strawberries from Shizuoka, balancing bright strawberry sweetness with earthy matcha for a smooth, vibrant finish. Brewed in the traditional doburoku style using soft spring water from Mt. Kongo, it is naturally bottle-conditioned, so its gentle effervescence fades over time. Store and serve chilled.
