Taishi Kabosu Citrus Umeshu is a carefully crafted plum liqueur that combines aged umeshu, made from locally grown Bungo or Nankō plums, with fresh kabosu citrus juice sourced from Usuki City in Ōita, Japan. With an alcohol content of 12% ABV, this product contains no preservatives, artificial flavours, or colourings, offering a clean, natural character.
The bright tartness and aroma of kabosu perfectly balance the sweet, rich plum wine, resulting in a harmonious and refreshing flavour. Tasting notes include fresh citrus zest, ripe plum sweetness, and subtle herbal or caramel undertones, with a velvety mouthfeel.
