Mowall Ro 25 is a premium distilled soju crafted by Mowall Brewery in Wonju, Gangwon Province. Made with Totomi rice, traditional nuruk, and mountain water, it offers a pure and smooth drinking experience with no additive.

Production Process:

1. Fermentation: Utilises high-quality Totomi rice and traditional nuruk, undergoing a lengthy period of low-temperature fermentation to develop its nuanced flavours.

2. Distillation: Employs a copper pot still at normal pressure, discarding the first and last distillates to enhance smoothness and reduce strong yeast aromas.

3. Aging: The soju is aged under optimal conditions to enhance its smoothness and depth of character.
