Neoulbom Makgeolli (느린마을 늘봄 막걸리) is a premium Korean rice wine produced by Baesangmyun Brewery, also known as Bae Sang Myun Brewery. This makgeolli is crafted using 100% Korean rice, without artificial sweeteners like aspartame, and undergoes low-temperature pasteurisation to preserve its fresh, smooth, and slightly sweet flavour. It has an alcohol content of 6% and is known for its clean and soft taste, characterised by floral and fruity aromas, including notes of banana.
