    On the nose, “Turtle” often shows notes of ripe orchard fruits such as apple, pear and melon, layered over subtle rice-derived aromas. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, with rich umami, gentle sweetness and a long, persistent finish supported by refreshing acidity.

    Serve well-chilled around 10°C to emphasise freshness and structure, then allow the temperature to rise slightly in the glass to reveal more depth and complexity.
