Unlike typical dry offerings, Honryu Karakuchi impresses with its complexity, presenting a crisp, clean finish enriched by bold umami and a refined ginjo aroma.

Best enjoyed chilled at 5°C, it highlights the sake’s refreshing sharpness, but it can also be appreciated at room temperature (15–25°C) for a balanced aroma and flavour. Alternatively, gently warming it to around 40°C enhances its umami richness.
