Seoljungmae is a renowned Korean plum wine (maesil-ju) crafted from green plums grown in the Gwangyang and Suncheon regions of Korea, areas celebrated for their high-quality plums. Utilising traditional winemaking techniques at cool temperatures, this liqueur achieves a refined and subtle flavour. The wine is sweet and refreshing, making it an excellent accompaniment to spicy foods. Notably, whole plums are included in the bottle, which can be enjoyed as well.
