Made with malted barley peated to around 50 ppm and matured in a combination of Missouri new oak and first‑fill Kentucky bourbon barrels, it delivers a rich balance of flavours. On the nose, gentle barbecue smoke and herbal undertones give way to honeyed sweetness and soft oak. The palate offers layers of smoky honey, vanilla cream, subtle umami notes, and a touch of sweet spice, leading to an earthy, lingering finish. Bottled at 46% ABV, Ki One Unicorn presents a uniquely Korean interpretation of peated whisky, combining depth, balance, and an adventurous spirit.
