It offers a profile that is both saline and tangy, complemented by a sweet sherry undertone. The nose reveals notes of raisin, plum jam, salted plum, jujube, brown sugar, and toasted nuts. On the palate, it features caramel, buttery bread, smoky oak, and dark chocolate. The finish is long, with toasted nuts and chocolate, resulting in a rich, savoury-sweet, sherry-influenced flavour.
